From business cards to brochures, and Christmas cards to corporate logo design, Reflex offers the complete printing service.
Every company's requirements are unique, so we treat each job entirely on its own merits. This includes quoting on an individual basis. All we ask is that you provide us with samples of stationery to enable us to get an accurate picture of the detail involved in logos and /or corporate identity. That way, we can be exact in our costings. We can work from either computer disks or camera ready artwork. If something needs to be reset or designed, just let us know.
Our quotations include artwork charges (if appropriate) our invoices don't include surprises. You will never see an extra cost appear on an invoice without first being informed about it. We also outline realistic E.T.A.s for deliveries. And if a job is urgent, we do our utmost to accommodate it and push it to the front of the queue without compromising on quality standards.
To minimise error and maximise customer care, we provide proofs on all print orders placed with us - either by fax, post or delivery by a Reflex driver. No work will actually go to press without first being signed off by a client.
For customers with large volume requirements but limited storage space, we can provide warehousing facilities. Quantities can simply be called-off as and when required - and it's the sure-fire way to never run out of supplies!
Finished print work will be delivered direct to your offices by a Reflex driver on the date specified.
